Decaf Peru coffee is grown in the Chanchamayo Valley of Peru and is processed using the Mountain Water decaffeinating process. Unlike chemically processed decaf coffee, this coffee is decaffeinated using a totally organic method of water, steam, and extractors which removes 99.99% of caffeine. The coffee has an average acidity and is characterized by sweet fruit flavors.
